• Consolidated financing with the Co-op Fund of New England, and established a credit line for seasonal needs operationally
• Created and operated to a breakeven budget
• Re-aligned staff and established formal internal procedures
• New programmatic funding received from Jane’s Trust and the Waterwheel Foundation
• Led staff/board through process to define and develop branding for The Intervale
• Revised and improved the Intervale website
• Accepted national award for sustainability from the National Sustainablity Alliance
• Served as a member of the Vermont Council for Sustainable Agriculture
• Wrote articles and served as regional editor for Successful Farming Magazine
• Managed the restoration of the historic Calkins Farmstead, and initiated a program to bring the public down to the Intervale Community Center
• Developed a three year plan that to address the future capital needs of Compost and construction of a proposed Intervale Public Market
