I thoroughly enjoyed the book, kept wanting to find out where the next page would bring me. Interesting gathering of characters with a nice thread of connectedness. LOVED the use of recipes sprinkled throughout the book. They made me feel as if I was really at the beach and certainly caused an undeniable need to drive to the local fry pit for onion rings. Just the trick. Stripah is the perfect summer novel, whether the reader is seaside in August or fireside in February.
